Members pay the member rate.
Kota Mas belongs to its members, so we do not price our own properties to make a margin on them. The lower rate is not a promotion you have to catch in time — it is simply your rate.

You get a reference straight away. Nothing is charged and no dates are held yet.

We confirm and invoice
We check the dates and email you the transfer details, with a deadline to pay by.

Upload your receipt
Pay, then upload the receipt through the secure link in that email.

Booking confirmed
Once we verify the payment the dates lock on the public calendar.
Only confirmed bookings block the calendar. Two people can request the same dates — we sort it out at review, and nobody is charged before that.
