Day 1
Depart KLIA for Incheon
Meals: In-flight meal
You gather at KLIA three hours before departure for a briefing on the trip, then check in your baggage and head for the gate and the flight to Seoul.
Day 2
Incheon to Nami Island and the ski resort
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
Your guide meets you at Incheon Airport and the two-hour drive to Chuncheon begins. There you visit Nami Island, known for the filming of Winter Sonata, with the ferry crossing included. Lunch is provided before you head for the Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort to ski — equipment is not included, and costs roughly USD15 to USD35 per person. Dinner is at a nearby restaurant before checking in for the night in Incheon or Seoul.
Day 3
Gangnam, Itaewon and Hongdae
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
After breakfast at the hotel the day starts with the Gangnam Underground Shopping centre, then the Starfield Library at COEX Mall, the one thing everyone visits in Gangnam. Zuhr prayers are at Itaewon Mosque, followed by free time on Itaewon Street and lunch. The tour continues to Hongdae shopping street, where young Koreans shop, watch street K-pop and spend their afternoons. Dinner before returning to the hotel in Incheon or Seoul.
Day 4
Seoul and Dongdaemun
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
After breakfast you visit Gyeongbokgung Palace and the National Folk Museum, with the option of walking the grounds in hanbok. You then step into old Korea at Bukchon Hanok Village, followed by the antique art alley on Insadong Street and a short stop at a local supermarket, before shopping at Dongdaemun Market. Dinner before returning to the hotel in Incheon or Seoul.
Day 5
Seoul, Namdaemun and Myeongdong
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
After breakfast you visit the Kimchi School and Museum to make kimchi and try on hanbok, both free of charge, then shop at a cosmetics store and a duty-free store. Free time follows at Namdaemun Market, one of the oldest markets in Korea, and on Myeongdong shopping street, the largest shopping district in the country. Dinner before returning to the hotel in Incheon or Seoul.
Day 6
Seoul to Incheon and Kuala Lumpur
Meals: Breakfast, in-flight meal
After breakfast and check-out you visit a Korean duty-free store before the transfer to Incheon International Airport and the flight home to Kuala Lumpur.
